S’mores hardshake
“This S’mores Shake is the ultimate temptation for grown-ups with a sweet tooth.”
“This S’mores hard shake is the liquid successor to Smokey’s most popular dessert, the S’mores skillet. It’s one of those drinks that brings a big smile to your face from the very first sip. So good and so bad at the same time. Sweet chocolate, creamy toasted marshmallows, salted caramel, and a generous shot of characterful whiskey, the ultimate temptation for grown-ups.”

How to make S’mores hardshake:
Duration: 25 minutes
Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Start by making the smoked salted caramel sauce. Slowly melt the sugar and water over very low heat. Avoid stirring to prevent crystallization. Heat the melted sugar until it turns golden. Add the heavy cream to the golden caramel (be cautious of splattering sugar syrup). Finally, stir in the butter and smoked salt into the caramel sauce and set it aside.
In a blender, combine chocolate ice cream, whole milk, whiskey, and peanut butter, and blend until you have a smooth shake. Pour it into large glasses. Place 6 marshmallows on top of the shake and briefly torch them with a culinary torch. Garnish with biscuits, roasted peanuts, and the salted caramel sauce.
